I am married with two grown children, and live in Lethbridge, Alberta. I have always been interested in art, particularily drawing, but never pursued it until a few years ago.
My painting career began in 2003, using oil paints as a medium. I started with landscapes and progressed to flowers and then animals. I also use acrylic paints for decorating items as well as painting
animals and insects on various sizes of rocks, from pebbles to whatever I can carry.
With my daughter, Pat, being a horse breeder, and my love for animals, it was only a matter of time before I realized I should try an oil painting of a horse, and had a golden opportunity of using her horse 'Dandee' as the subject. Pat emailed me a photo, and I immediately set about with the task ahead of me. I was so pleased with the result, I had her send me another photo, anxious to try it again. Upon the completion of the second painting, I knew this was what I wanted to do. Painting animal portraits is now my preference.

What I Require For Your Custom Painting:
-A clear, good quality colored photo of the subject, in the desired pose.
Please include your name, address, phone number and email address with the photo. The photo may be sent as hard copy, or by email; keeping in mind that all printers are not alike.
-Payment should be mailed in advance by cheque, MasterCard cheque or
Visa cheque, in the full amount, plus shipping and handling.
-Allow 6 - 8 weeks for delivery, as oil paint requires time to dry.
